Never got to making the Habanero sauce yesterday. You'll be happy to know that the peppers are roasting as we speak.
I think eight peppers should be enough for a 5 fl.oz. recipe.

Old Joe said not to seed the peppers. Zoom.
You're pretty bold, Thomas. I would not even use a whole habanero in a pound of sauce! I can't do it too hot. My wife is always giving me flack but I can't stand my mouth burning when I'm trying to eat something. That closest red pepper there looks translucent enough that it could be a plastic/glass prop. All I did this year in a shorter season in Indiana was potatoes, herbs, tomatoes, cucumbers, kale, and carrots.

A Ring stinger Thomas, with I could try some! Scotland hasn't got the climate to grow these really hot chillies so I have to resort to the internet to get the sauce.......

I should have been more clear gentlemen. This is a concentrated sauce to be used half-teaspoon at a time for spicy V8, single bowls of chili or anything that needs some zoom. For nachos I make a crushed tomato based sauce with jalapenos: which is slightly sweet and rather mild so 2&3 will eat it. Spiced gin has only jalapenos and used sparingly.

Good Afternoon, Friends! Sitting out on the deck enjoying a light, cool breeze and a heavily clouded sky. When the sun was peeking out, I used the time to photograph some of my pipes. I'm wondering how Zeaward is doing in Florida after the hurricane and I hope that he and his family are okay. Now smoking a bowl of Opening Night Flake in the Sav smooth billiard, a second mug of coffee on the side.

After all of the statistics and reports are finished with, I've come to the conclusion that the only real danger of smoking a pipe is being interrupted.

An earlier than usual trip out to the countryside as the vet was giving one of the animals a jag. After doing all the usual chores we headed back to have lunch which was much enjoyed as I was flippin' starving. Followed by a mug of tea, a meringue with cream and a bowl of Sayri twist....I may have a short afternoon nap if the dogs allow me.
