Good Afternoon, Friends! It's workshop pipe time again and the day is now windy with dark clouds to the North of us although we haven't had any snow showers. Just sittin', smokin' and readin' the news headlines. Same stuff, same names, different day. After I'm finished here I'll head on down to the basement and work on my railroad switcher. I need to be relaxed in order to deal with all of those tiny wires! Now enjoying a bowl of McC #22 in the BBB and next up will be McC Blackwoods Flake in the Anthony Kaywoodie "Relief Grain" blasted apple, cold water on the side.

After all of the statistics and reports are finished with, I've come to the conclusion that the only real danger of smoking a pipe is being interrupted.

I've been to London a couple of times, so I might have been there Simon, but this was in the mid-70s and there were so many pubs to visit.

That sounds bad...wishing her all the best.

I made 6 helpings of curry five for freezing and I ate the sixth. What with the 31c temperature outside plus the heat of the cooking I wish I hadn't bothered....I sweated buckets. Now smoking some twist with my feet up while watching the Real Madrid game. Around another 4 hours before the wife gets back from her day out...the kitchen is clean so no need to exert myself further.

I just cannot get enough McConnell’s Latakia Flake this time of year, this stuff is just magical when it’s cold out, hits all the right spots. I’m pretty sure Billy gets what he would call an “extension” from this stuff as well. Lol

I’m glad I was able to secure a few of the square tins before they went round with it.

Cold and rainy here in Texas and I’m loving it!

Oh and I just got some good news from Anthony, one of my old pipes is on it’s way home! He made it look amazing (of course). I’ll share a few pics with y’all when it gets here.

I can see where the inspiration for this design came from.

And even yet more Amphora Original, for nothing succeeds like excess, in the The Guildhall 409 bent bulldog.
