    Bill, I think you're right about that NÝrding. It just says "Erik NÝrding - Hand Made in Denmark".
    Anthony, I like it too; i have a weakness for canted eggs. Tom Eltang made a beautiful one
    in the 'Copenhagen' series, but DW would probably have done me some severe damage, had I bought it.

    Looking at that pic brings joy to my heart. Is cleaning up old pipes a hobby of yours? Most of them seem to be in great condition, at least based on the picture.

    Yes, I like to try to restore maltreated pipes to their former glory; the problem is that it takes me forever because I do not have any machinery, just the necessary paraphenelia for doing it by hand.
    So far I have only done three serious restorations, one for a good friend of mine and he said that it was like getting a brand new pipe, so I must have done something right.
    You are right, the ones pictured are in good shape and only need a severe stem - and bowl polishing. Only two of them need to be reamed.
