Nice way to start a new month. I hope that the rest of Your month is all smooth sailing for You.

Thanks for that very useful Savinelli information. The stamping is almost unreadable and 'MM1998' has been stamped on top of it.
Now I have a model name and shape no.
I'm smoking the 999 right now; a good smoker with a comfortable bit, large as it is.

Thanks, Jon. I'm quite sure that it will be. Next weekend will surely be. Sunday it's the annual Danish Smoking Competition; I'm not going to participate, but a lot of pipe makers and pipe restorers are displaying their great work, so I'm saving up.
The day before, The Danish Pipe Shop has a pre-competition event and I look forward to meeting all the pipe friends from our facebook group at both events.

I agree with Thomas. That Wengholt is awesome!

A nice bunch, enjoy. I love 'em -- not a testicular blowfish in the bunch!

Thank you very much, Billy, Steve and Jason. I am very happy with this haul and right now I am smoking the Wengholt and it does a very good job.

I really thought I ordered one, but I must have made a balls-up.
I once saw a photo of a blowfish with a rustication and colour that ought to nickname it "The Scrotum".
    It wasn't for sale though.

    I own this pipe.

Not a blowfish, but I'm quite happy with it.

That is a nice one indeed. When I'm in my puerile mood, it does look like a pair of gonads.
When I'm not, it looks like a heart.
Is it the type called 'A reverse Calabash'..?
