What's in your pipe? April 2018.

    Hello,

It seems I'm the first to post here this month, so I might as well start the April thread.

After breakfast, this is my first smoke in the freshly cleaned Vauen 3068 bulldog I got from eBay this week. Couldn't go any better. I have a filter in place but will try it just with filter crystals soon as well.

Some light rain falling, but I'm in no hurry to go anywhere but the shed today anyway.

    Best wishes
    Markus

Good Morning, Gentlemen, and Welcome to April! It's one degree above freezing, cloudy, and will be a grey chilly day. Being a Holiday, there will be no work, phone calls, or answering of the doorbell because I'm officially closed for the day. We'll be going to our daughter's home for Easter dinner in the early afternoon and that's about it. I'll bring along an "escape pipe" to smoke out on the front porch for when the conversation dwindles and the grandkids plug themselves into their various devices. Now smoking DF in a Sav "Venere 128", the first mug of coffee on the side.

After all of the statistics and reports are finished with, I've come to the conclusion that the only real danger of smoking a pipe is being interrupted.

Good morning, and Happy Easter to those of you in the Roman tradition! Kicking off with a quick bowl of MBGE in a cob with coffee before we depart for my mother's house in Indianapolis. Have a great day!

In the workshop again for just one bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the Sav rusticated billiard before a quick nap and then it'll be time to get ready to head on out to the daughter's house. A second mugga joe on the side.
