I'll record that one and watch it tonight.

After all of the statistics and reports are finished with, I've come to the conclusion that the only real danger of smoking a pipe is being interrupted.

Good job we had the BBQ yesterday. Thunderstorms woke me up before 6am and it's been raining hard since. During a short lull I went and checked the rain gauge which showed 37mm of rain has fallen with more to come. Anything more than 30mm makes the dirt road to the countryside place more or less impassable unless you have a 4x4 so we won't be going out there today.
Big drop in temperature, down to 21c so an ideal day for smoking the pipe and researching what I have to do next with my harvested tobacco leaf which has colour cured nicely.

Last night it was GH&Co Sliced Brown Twist in my Xmas Peterson.

Followed this morning by MVP homebrew in a different Pete.

I thought I'd test the batch of habanero infusion.
A mere teaspoon made my ears turn red, tears come to my eyes
and sweat dot my brow. It consists of habaneros, water, salt and
apple vinegar. I use it to give muscle to sauces, soups and my
morning V8. A little dab will do ya.

I have a Stanwell stuffed with Bayou Morning, but I'll have to wait
because I won't be able to taste it.

This jar should last until this year's peppers are ripe in the fall. It better because I've finish the habaneros with this jar.

    Hello,

Back in the shed from a sandwich supper with my mother. We have the air outside filled once again with the smell of Easter bonfires. My sister and brother in law are attending the annual Easter fire that friends of theirs are holding, usually also burning some old wood that we cut out of our garden.

I myself am attending a bonfire for one, G&H Curly Cut in a rustic Peterson 305 system pipe. I have some 50g of the tobacco, some has gone into the Work in Progress mix already, and I suppose most of the rest will follow. It's not bad at all, but to me it's better in a mix than straight.

    Best wishes
    Markus
