Another fun day at the post office

Even though I'm a bit hard up this month, I just couldn't resist these three from my usual pipe dealer friend.

    1. Jeantet de Luxe - Reserve du Jubilé 1816-1951 73/3
    2. Big-Ben Sandgrain 5407R S
    3. Special Quality by Hardcastle 140

From the adjacent supermarket, a stable of mine.

All Fine smokers, I'm sure. Congrats! I particularly like the blasted paneled bowl on the Big Ben Sandgrain.

After all of the statistics and reports are finished with, I've come to the conclusion that the only real danger of smoking a pipe is being interrupted.

Jesper if you continue to buy pipes at your current pace, DW will have to enter the work force.

    Thanks very much, Russ.
The Big-Ben looks rather small when you see it in the wood, but I can get my thumb up to the first knuckle in the bowl.
    Big-Ben, indeed.

Yes, indeed. Resistance is futile and so I talked DW into working one day a week.
She could choose which day and so Tuesday it became.

It's a good thing for you the postie doesn't smoke pipes or they would never have reached them. Just wondering if you have a gallery of pictures of your collection anywhere. I have nothing to do this week.

Like all three but the Hardcastle is the nibs.

Oh Jesper, you're too much of a gentleman! If that had of been me, she'd of had the choice of Saturday or Sunday. Or preferably both, as the money's better! Congratulations on a nice trio of pipes, I particularly like the 'jeantet'.

Thanks very much, Bill. In fact I do not have photos of my pipe collection, even if it might be a good idea if an insurance case ever come up. I thought about it several times, but...
I'll take some, post them and entertainment for the rest of the week is secured..!
