Up at some God-awful hour of the morning to go to Buenos Aires and it's only 2c outside.

Hope to have time to visit the tobacco shop to check out if they have anything new in stock as well as to buy some Coniston Cut Plug. Glad to hear Ally and Chris had a good get together at the women's institute tea room.

Good Morning, My Fine Fellows and Welcome to August! It's 70F/21.1C with dismal overcast skies, no sunshine to be seen, and it looks like we'll soon be getting a rain shower here in the neighborhood. This afternoon I'll do some conduit digging and make a run to get Lily some more cat food and a couple of more conduit fittings. That's my plan, but the digging may just end the day for me. Now smoking a bowl of DDF in the Pete "Rosslare 106", the first mug of fresh coffee not far from hand.

Dunno about the dogs but we spotted three new mouths to feed here. Three new little kittens have started wandering about the back yard.

    Peace and quiet is underrated.

It seems that P.T. Barnum was right, you old softie.
When living with two young woman, the quality of quietude is strained.
