Must admit I wasn't too keen on the bowl style of the middle two in the past but now I'm really beginning to like them Simon. What is that bowl shape called?
Sorry to say Crawford, I honestly don't know! Which is a poor show on my part, as they're my most prized smokers. I've just called/thought of them as 'canted stacks'. As far as I know, they're a shape made 'bespoke' for the old tobbaconist 'Fribourg & Treyer'. I don't think they've appeared in a catalogue, of any other London pipe makers. Perhaps the 'pipe detectives' know more?
