If you're down my way, a warm welcome is guaranteed. Although I prefer to share my whisky 'online'. Lol
Simon...if you're ever over in my neck of the woods you're welcome to pop in and pour yourself a drink. Lovely fresh sunny morning here. Smoking Royal Yacht.

Half way through this bowl of Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem. Just opened the tin. A freshly brewed cup of Community Coffee, net, is my drink. Suzy and Molly got some salmon pate' to eat, and are chasing each other around the den.

Good Late Morning, Gentlemen! It's still chilly and cloudy here, but the sun may just come out sometime. Here in the workshop, I'm covered up with a big acrylic blanket. Last week we were running the air-conditioner and now we have the heat turned on. Currently sipping a bowl of Wessex Brown VA Flake in the BBB Canadian and more joe from the mug.

Enjoyed a tasty lunch and now smoking year 2012 Rolando’s Own in a smooth straight early ‘60s Lane era “William Conrad” Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort stem. A bottle of Cheerwine made with pure cane sugar is my drink.

    Hello,

It was an incredibly warm 25C/77F in the shed when I came here an hour ago at 5pm after watering the flowers in the garden. That's summer in mid October. I remember from my time at university how warm and sunny weather reliabky returned for a week or so around 15 Oct, when the winter term started. But that was remarkable because the weeks before that had been shabby. Now this rear it's an almost seamless transition from summer, with just occasional rain, and only the colder night's telling us the the calender is moving on.

While typing this I'm listening to the resident wood pecker pecking away at the birch tree near my shed. I have just seen it briefly from my seat in the back of the shed, and if I walked out to see it more closely, I would chase it away. Of course i dont want to disturb anyone who is being busy at work, as long as it isn't myself.

I'm instead smoking HOTW in a Bewlay bent rhodesian. Earlier it was the freshly adapted batch of the Work in Progress Mix from the go-to jar in a Blakemar.

    Best wishes
    Markus

A quarter of the way through this bowl of year 2015 MacBaren Virginia No. 1 in a straight smooth medium brown 2016 Brigham Klondike 16 bulldog with a black acrylic stem. Almost time for Mad Dog Russo.
