    this arrived today

    although l was indoors, it was left in the shed

    l can see why

    opened to see contents.?
    certainly NOT dropped as it contained glass storage jars - all OK

    Dude or dudette decided that he or she did not want glass jars. Either that or the truck loader placed the box too close to the exhaust fan. Except that most probably there was no exhaust fan. You lucked out that you ordered a item that was not coveted.

    To be fair....looks to me as if the seller didn't exactly use a sturdy enough box in the first place.
