    Saturday's Haul.

I really must get round to taking pics of my pipes to share (There's a New Year's resolution for you, Anton!)

Attended a meeting of the Cape Town Pipe Smokers Guild on Saturday:

(Yours truly bottom right of the pic, sucking on the Pietenpauw Army Lovat)

Anyways, I scored three pipes: A Goussard dublin with buddha bamboo shank, another Goussard with bamboo shank extension (pic elsewhere), a Loewe Flame 025 (with only four fills), 2 tins of Nording Keystones, a Nappa leather tobacco flap,Zippo money clip/pipe tool combo, pipe knife and 50 grams of Presbyterian Mixture.

Not a bad way to spend a Saturday morning

Due to time constraints it was a breakfast meeting this time, Ally

Pie & chips with gravy and cups of coffee.

Oh, and I forgot I also scored two pipe racks - space for eight more pipes.

Thanks for sharing, Anton. I'm always happy to see pipe men get together. Did you leave anything behind for any one else?

Yep. Every one got a fair share. A member passed away recently and left his pipes and stuff to the club. A good few Petersons and Dunhills were up for grabs as well. I had my eye on a 1954 Dunhill and the Loewe and was happy to score the Loewe.
