    DON Handmade in Denmark

I found this pipe when I was looking for that meer the other day. Looked like a really nice billiard, with no markings I could see with the naked eye. Using a glass I could make out DON Handmade in Denmark, then I remembered it. Made by BARI. I must have bought this 6~7 years ago, cleaned it, and moved on to the next one...it hadn't been smoked since I first cleaned it up! A very nice crosscut with birdseye on the sides, and not a single fill. Nice stem detail with the concave curve on the face off the button. I don't need to buy anymore pipes, I just need to look through what I have (the other one I found was a Savinelli 606KS Fiamatta)! Just needed to gave it a polish and some wax.

That's a sharp looking billiard, Dave. I particularly like the way the grain sweeps across the front and rear of the bowl with the birds eye on the flanks.

I'm getting a bit fed up with all these pictures of your beautiful pipes Dave......in other words I'm jealous.

Another cracker and a joy to see.

Perfectly balanced grain. Love wood when it looks like that.
