    Hello,

Thanks for the update about Chris and Ally, Jim. Looking forward to seeing them here again.

My absence here was politically motivated, so to speak, as I spent much of my free time following UK parliament, and given the circumstances, I can see more of the same coming in my future.

Today is time for some house keeping, and in the evening I'm joining friends to visit a vegan restaurant.

The weather brought yet more strong wind and rain this week. Over the weekend the wind seems to be calming down a bit, so I'm not giving up on sessions in the shed yet.

My unusual first smoke of the day is G&H Dark Flake in a small Peterson Kapruf billiard, but this will likely be smoked on and off across the morning. Later I'll get several portions of various mixes out of the jars and into the tins for daily use.

    Best wishes
    Markus

It seems I'm developing an inclination for aromatics as my first pipe of the day. Watching the morning local news and waiting on my breakfast of cinnamon crumble cake and cinnamon bagel from Panera Bread (I like cinnamon, except in pipe tobacco), together with the bigga hugga mugga cuppa java. Preparing a post-breakfast bowl of CAO Moontrance for the Bruno Nuttens Bing #25 Sterling Silver.
