    Hello,

Sunny and warm here again. I made the visit to the cemetery early, as the possibility of thunder storms was announced starting from noon, but that's probably further south in our state. For now it looks to be a pleasant afternoon in the garden.

I've seen the first ants of the year flying out to found new colonies. A couple settled down outside my living room window to mate. They had actually started to mate mid-flight, I suppose, because that's how I noticed them when an unusually large insect seemed to be approaching. Afterwards the small male dropped off the window pane, having done its duty, and the female hopefully moved on to a happy future.

I'm smoking from the daily jar in a Parker Canadian.

    Best wishes
    Markus

Good Sunday Morning, Gentlemen! It's a pleasant 70°F/21.1°C, sunny with some clouds, and today will be very warm so we'll have the a/c running again. Both workshop doors are open and Grover just stopped by, but went back out to continue on with his yard patrol. Upon further investigation, it looks as if my tobacco order will arrive tomorrow afternoon and just in time, too. Now smoking a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the Amorelli "Three Star" with a fresh mug of coffee on the tobacco table.

I was kindly gifted this tin from estervals, along with my recent order. Although I wouldn't buy this myself, I am enjoying it & will finish the tin. A very tasty almond aromatic, makes for a pleasant morning smoke.
Lovin’ the St. Bruno mug Simon!👍😃

We have the sun back but it's feeling very autumnal.....a high of only 18c for later.

Finishing off a bowl of the Kapt'n Barsdorf's Best Bright Virginia (what a mouthful that is) I started last night and it's pretty good.

Starting off my smoking day with year 2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 1982 black sandblasted paneled slight bend Savinelli flat bottom sitter with a black vulcanite saddle stem. A bottle of Cheerwine made with pure cane sugar is my drink. Watching Key Largo starring Bogie and Eddie G, see. Myeah!
