    a DIY blend

some time ago, joeman over on DGCF (USA) sent me a generous sample of 4noggins ''Trout Stream'' - it was excellent.!
been tempted to order some but probably some 'jobsworth' at Glasgow Airport would find some excuse to seize it

BTW Glasgow Customs are a joke
I shipped an excellent airpistol to England - followed ALL their guide lines - perfectly legal
they send it to their Ireland Clearing house for inspection - guess wot - airpistols are illegal in Ireland
    so disappears a £200 Walther CP88...................................rant over......

    4noggins says
''...Trout Stream is a mixture of Golden Cavendish mixed with a sweet Black Cavendish with an rich butterscotch aroma and a smooth flavor. Stays lit easily and is mild enough for any time of day. Itís perfect for tying flies or stepping out of your tent on a cool misty morning...''

so I ordered 50g of Virginia and 50 of a sweet Black Cavendish
mixed 20g of each and sprayed with a Butterscotch essence...in a jar and time will tell

I'll source some Golden Cavendish and try a second 'mix'

now smoking Germains Gold Leaf R/R ..............very smooth

It's always fun to fool around blending tobaccos, I do it all the time with various bulk tobaccos.

I've tried adding flavourings to straight Virginia blends all without much success. I suspect my problem is getting the quantities right and not having enough patience to leave it alone for long enough.
I've given up on it. However if I knew for sure what the flavourings were in Condor I'd give it one last go.
