That's a sharp looking Parker, Simon. Congrats! I like the blast and finish color.

    Hello,

It's humid and warm, but a breeze has come along and makes it a bit more bearable.

I've just added some more SG Commonwealth and another slice of SG Black XX to the daily jar, and going by this first bowl in a Gauntley's of Nottingham lovat it's better now, but not quite there yet. Will need some more fiddling, but that's part of the fun.

Tomorrow and on Tuesday our team at the workplace will meet outside the workplace to discuss changes to our procedures. I'm not looking forward to it, but like an appointment with the dentist, it makes sense to do it once in a while. I've brought home some paperwork and will make notes for tomorrow because I hate going into meetings when I'm not sure what it's all about and what I can contribute.

At least the weather is good enough today to sit in the shed all afternoon. No thunder expected for today, and maybe no rain for much of the week.

    Best wishes
    Markus

Good Sunday Morning, Gentlemen! It's already 77F/25C with a clear sky and bright sunshine here in our quiet neighborhood. We'll get a thunderstorm later on late in the day as a cool front moves in and puts an end to this blasted hot weather. Grover is keeping me company in his workshop chair as I smoke a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the Dunhill lovat with a fresh mug of coffee on the tobacco table.

A dull and clammy 20c morning here....back to more normal winter temperatures tomorrow they say.

After some home made marmalade on toast with coffee I'm resuming the bowl of Argento Black I started last night.

Fine day in Yorkshire UK, dogs walked (and Toby showered after rolling in fox-poo!).

Good morning. ODF in a Neerup and coffee. All outside work has been cancelled......except watering the new grass, and garden, and finding where the newspaper was tossed this time, and painting the base for the new deck umbrella, and maybe grilling a few hamburgers, but other than that my wife has decided it's too hot for me to be outside.

Starting off my smoking day with old Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. A bottle of Mountain Dew made with pure cane sugar is my drink.
