Just a thought; weren't they producing these blends for Dunhill prior to this?
No need to do any certification for a new blend.

I emailed SP in regards to the Navy Rolls and got this...

We are expecting the Deluxe Navy Rolls in sometime in the future, but we don't have an ETA at the moment unfortunately. As soon as the US distributor has it available, we will order it in!

So there's still hope for the future.
