    Had a good snooze and woke up long enough to feed Suzy and Molly, and have this smoke: 1950s Rum & Maple Tobacco Company Rum & Maple Mixture Blend No. 53 in a medium bend egg 2017 Royal Meerschaum Dragon meer with a black and cream swirl amber colored acrylic tapered stem.

    Hello,

    Finished the quick walk to the supermarket and packed my bag for the pipe meeting at Peter Heinrichs in Cologne. Today I want to buy a Rattray's Latakia mixture (optimally Red Lion, formerly known as Peterson Old Dublin) as well as a VA/Per flake from the range of PH house blends. Just forgot the number.

    The VaPer I want to experiment with as a base for future mixes, and the Rattray's Latakia mixture is supposed to complement Marlin Flake and Hal O' The Wynd in a mix that will contain Virginia, Latakia, Perique, Kentucky and Black Cavendish, just as the Whitley Bay mix.

    The same kind of mix could be achieved with Mac Baren HH Pure Virginia, HH Acadia Perique and HH Latakia Flake, so that's another future project I thought about in recent weeks. The over-all aim is to have several easily available means and fixed recipes to make a favourite tobacco.

    Smoking the fourth Tynemouth pipe, an Orlik de Luxe pot filled with the daily mix. It is a slightly smoother experience than the previous three pipes.

    Best wishes
    Markus

    The Three Friars are frying up five pork chops to be frozen. Don't worry,
    HP sauce will mask any inequities. I've found that the kiddos will eat them
    if they are microwave ready. Sigh.

    Good Morning,Gentlemen! It's a cool 63F/17.2C here with an overcast sky, but I can see some clearing off to the west. My plan for today is to shuffle around, smoke me pipe, do some light chores, maybe do some model railroad work, and that's it. Grover just jumped up next to me on the shabby workshop loveseat and I'm finishing up a bowl of BBF in the Pete "Rosslare 109". My first mug of coffee is on the tobacco table.

    Charatan Belvedere are "apprentice grade" pipes; however, to drill the shank this far off is more a result of the "Charatan drinking club" perhaps. Still lasted many years before a hole appeared on the outside of the shank;

    Good morning.JKP in a Peterson 303 and coffee. A new chain saw arived yeterday and spent 3 hours last night putting it together. If I had my life to do over I would start a company that would write clear assembly instructions for any product a company sold.
