    Hello,

Today started early at work, standing in for a colleague who was on sick leave all week. After that I left the work place as soon as possible, did some shopping at the supermarket and then arrived at home in time for lunch. Then it was time for a pipe, some internet reading, a nap and getting the daily mix and the solera jar refilled and readjusted.

Now I've just sat down in the shed, have a pot of tea brewing and a Parker billiard going with the new daily mix. As always with the first bowl, there is room for improvement, likely to happen by itself in the next few days.

It's been sunny all day, and cloud free over night, which brought a first freeze on the cars' wind screens this morning. Yet colder and dry weather can be nicer than a bit warmer and wet.

    Beat wishes
    Markus

    Warm and dry here.

Off to the countryside soon to do some chain sawing....not something I enjoy doing to be honest but it's easier than using a bowsaw in this weather. Having a bowl of Argentine twist in the Wimbledon.

Not far from finishing this bowl of Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style.

Enjoyed a tasty grilled turkey sandwich, and am now smoking Ken Byron Ventures Bas Matica in a 1979 Ascorti Business KS Oom Paul with a black pearl acrylic stem. Watching Mad Dog Russo.

Part way through this bowl of year 2012 Hamborger Veermaster in a 2002 black short shank grain relief straight Caminetto 6.L.17 tomato with a black acrylic tapered stem. Cold outside today.
