    If I'm not mistaken, all federally subsidized housing here in the States are required to be smoke-free and I have no idea how this is enforced.

    Most of it is exaggerated piffle....they have a history of that.

    Anyway....pretty sure a property we rented in Glasgow many years ago had a no smoking clause in the contract. It's nothing new.
