Relaxing after a wonderful salad, rack of baby back ribs and baked potato dinner with a scoop of Trio chocolate ice cream for dessert. I'm a quarter of the way through this bowl of year 2001 VaPer Three Nuns in a 1980s White Pipe straight lattice apple meerschaum with an acrylic yellow cream colored saddle stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. Watching Laurel and Hardy shorts.

Vanilla Hausmarken.
Good Sunday Morning, Gentlemen! It's a very cold 21°F/-6.1°C here with a mostly clear sky. I jarred up the tobacco order earlier and am finishing up a bowl of fresh Peterson DLNR in the Don Carlos "Two Note". There's a fresh mugga coffee on the tobacco table.

A simple life creates more time for living.
As Russ freezes it's the opposite here. Currently 27c rising to 36c later....hope to God they're wrong. Cooler showery weather on the way tomorrow. We'll be off to the countryside after lunch where I shall be taking it easy.
On my third coffee of the morning and having some Virginia/Burley in the Wimbledon. I left this pipe outside on Friday night and it got caught in a rain shower. I was surprised to see how much the stem got oxidised. Shall have to be giving it a clean.
Hello,
After a late start and a slow morning, I went for a walk to the cemetery in the early afternoon. Instead of going straight back home I took a detour to the centre of the village and a bit further still to the protestant cemetery. I have lived in this village all my 50 years, but don't think I have been on that cemetery more than a handful times, certainly not for the past 20 years or so. It's quite nice with many trees around it and in the middle of it.
Now I'm in the shed with the living blend in a Peterson Donegal Rocky billiard.
Best wishes
Markus
Plan on spending the next 2 hours on my knees, not in church, but scrubbing the carpet that got wet from last week's furnace water leak. First I'll have one more coffee and finish some ODF in a Ser Jacopo.
