Took a browse through SmokingPipes estates last night and this pipe was calling to me and a good price so I bought it. I tried to get my orders combined, as earlier yesterday evening I placed a free shipping eligible order. Put a note in there to please combine this with that order but now the first order says it was already shipped. Oh well. This will be my first Viking and I've wanted one for years.

Thanks guys! I was really drawn to the shape and brand, but also I don't even have another example of a Danish pipe OR a Dublin shape! (1 or 2 of my pipes are questionable as being Dublin-ish)

Plus overall I like finding value pipes estate or new that I really like for ~ $110 or less. This pipe was $55.

In the sense of our ancestry, we're both American born but my great grandparents emigrated here from Oslo and my wife's grandparents are Polish, both of us are blonde hair blue eyes and show all Scandinavian traits, especially down to the acne skin just as my grandfather. (Poland is not in Scandinavia but some of her other ancestors are mixed from Sweden, etc)

Ahhh I see....you can but not so sure your Polish missus can claim to be Scandinavian just because of her blue eyes though. I have green eyes does that make me Irish?
