Funny you say that. I got my City de Luxe out today for a smoke because I rarely smoke it....no idea why as it's a great pipe. I've got a couple of others in my small collection which don't get smoked as often as they should either...bit of a shame really.

I need make no apology, nor need I defend my Centuria (100 soldiers in Roman times) . They have formed and reformed many times over the past two decades; some have been pensioned off; some have been transferred to other units and some have been sacrificed.

They all get smoked at least once a month, some more frequently. I have acquired only two pipes in the last two years, eBay bidding anxieties are far behind...I am content

PS - there will be others here who have many more pipes than me (Dave...fess up! Lol) yet still covet many more!

You only need to follow the "Tobacco Acquisitions" thread to know that he must, and I would bet Big Bertie that his dad has more wine stashed than I do!! LOL

Now finishing off the GH DP in the Dunnie that I started last night.

    Full day of meetings today!
