BPSC & UK Pipe/Tobacco Show Pictures

    Hi All,

I've put up a slideshow of pictures from the BPSC 2014 HERE

It was a great weekend and fantastic to see the indomitable Brian Mills receive the re-kindled 'UK Pipe Smoker of the Year 2014'. Well deserved indeed.

Thanks to all those I met for the 'craic' and those that tolerated me to putting a camera in their face!

Looks like a good crowd! Matron, you are going to have to tell us about Bothy Flake. I didn't realize Chris Askwith made a "Hand Finished" line. Great pictures.

Great pictures Matron. Great to have met up with you and other board members Jim and James Gilliam for another very enjoyable year! Chris was launching his hand finished range at the show. He was much better at the egg and pipe race than the smoking competition where he posted a time of 1min 16 sec!!

I will add a picture of the Reborn family affair Can't seem to upload it so here is a link which hopefully works

Wonderful pics! Who won he slow smoking award? I've had a whisky or three, so forgive if I missed it.

Brian, the slow smoking competition was won by Iain Curtis of Gawith & Hogarth tobacco - so it was with a wry smile that he accepted one of his prizes, a bag from Samuel Gawith!
