    Ah-ha, I knew that I had seen that pipe somewhere recently.(I was looking at the Fine Pipes site) Heck of a grab!

    It was from my reading at Sam Goldberger's FPI a few years back (2010-11) that I first really learned about Sven Knudsen. The pipe that started it all...

    Talk about embarrassing, this pipe has been in the unopened box since I bought it three years ago!!! Okay, I moved twice during that period, so I guess that's why I never opened it. Not only in the ebay seller's box, but also in the original W.O. Larsen box. Going to be doing some Spring cleaning today, saw the box, and said to myself "I wonder what's in that box...?".

    Exactly Bill! Now I wonder what else is in those boxes in the closet... I do know there is a 1913 Comoy's Prima among other things, mostly tobaccos, but also "a few" other pipes.
