How was the Tikka Chris?
Grand daughter-in- law on the stove - penne, cheese, and tomato pasticcio with crispy bacon.
Well I'm cooking for myself and as it's been so hot today (34c) I really can't be arsed. So it had to be something simple, quick but tasty and I decided on a cheesy and ham omelette....using fresh parmesan cheese and sliced cold ham. Goes with red wine as well.![]()
Here it is....doesn't look great but it tasted okay. Would rather have had mushrooms than the cheese though.

Seeing that it's such a nice day I've taken out two frozen pizza balls out of the freezer along with pizza sauce and fior de latte cheese for tonight, I'll nip out later for pepperoni.
