Sounds good Chris, I got a Grizzler pan for the pizza oven and I'll try cooking Chicken Tikka on that when the weather warms up, temps should get up to a Tandoor, I'll also try Tandoori Chicken in it as well.

That looks the real deal, Ally. Pauline will be using a old cast iron 'le Creuset' griddle pan.

Excellent, Ally, but the recipe she followed had a spicy sauce to go with it - so more like a tikka massala - but a good dish.

Well I'm cooking for myself and as it's been so hot today (34c) I really can't be arsed. So it had to be something simple, quick but tasty and I decided on a cheesy and ham omelette....using fresh parmesan cheese and sliced cold ham. Goes with red wine as well.

Here it is....doesn't look great but it tasted okay. Would rather have had mushrooms than the cheese though.

Thanks Ally but the parmesan was a tad too strong in taste for my liking...whereas mushrooms are nice with anything. No bread and butter just a large glass of cold vino tinto. That was the best part!!

Seeing that it's such a nice day I've taken out two frozen pizza balls out of the freezer along with pizza sauce and fior de latte cheese for tonight, I'll nip out later for pepperoni.
